The wine car is really a novelty for a kosher restaurant : more than 80 wines from all over the world, with a particular focus on Israeli wines, where all the best wineries are represented, with an extrordinary array of styles and tastes.

The wine car dis organized in a very entertaining manner, color-coded and classified by types of wine, from the light-bodied to the full-bodied. To make the choice even more leisurely, an exlusif system, the viniettes©, contenantfeaturing 17 picograms representing the wine’s main aromas, allows one to choose according to his/her own tasting preferences. For every item on the dinner menu, one French wine and one Israeli wine are suggested, including dessert. Every week, a wine of the week is featured. At yayin, if you order a bottle of wine and don’t finish it in the course of your meal, you go home with it… and enjoyhe rest of it at home. For timid drinkers, a large array of wines is offered by the glass, including grands crus, thanks to an Enomatic which allows serving the greatest vintage by the glass without sacrificing quality. Some wines are also available “just a taste” size (6 cl/3 .oz), thus permitting some gourmets to drink several wines in the course of the same meal, or allowing wine beginners to sip a smal glass, for starters. Bordeaux, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Loire, Southwest or Rhône, all of France’s terroirs are represented… and Israël’s too of course , from the Negev to the Golan Heights.
